Thank
you for deciding to join Event Photo Asia. Our aim is to offer quality
stock photos to the events, trade show and conventions industry. We
believe your photos will enhance our offering to the industry. We will do the selling and customer relations to maximize your earnings. Simply sign up and upload your photos. We then pay you for the sales of your photos.
How much does it cost?
Signing up and uploading your photos is Free.
What price can I charge for my photos?
We
do not restrict what you charge for your photos. But, do bear in mind
that it should be affordable. A reasonable price can range from US$1 to
US$10. It is better to sell more at a lower price, than none at all. However, if you think your photo warrants a higher price, you may charge accordingly.
When do I get paid?
You will be paid 60% of the proceeds after PayPal processing. We will pay to your PayPal account when the amount reaches $20.
What subject of photos are suitable?
Events,
trade shows and conventions cover many industries, so the range is very
wide. The photos will be used in promotional materials to illustrate
areas like:
* the industry covered by the
event - eg. processing & packaging, building & construction,
telecommunications, digital & computers, environment &
technology, business & tourism... and many more.
* the venue - country & people, exhibition halls & facilities.
* the products on exhibit - machinery, products, services, etc.

What format of photos should I upload?
We accept only .jpg format as this is widely used. Minimum width or length should be at least 1500 pixel. File size should not
exceed 2 MB. All photos submitted will be reviewed for quality and
suitability. Should there be requests for higher resolutions, we will
contact you.
Please provide
your full and true name, mailing address and email address for this
application. Aliases or incomplete information will not be accepted.
